Before stepping into this line of work, I spent 18 years as a flight attendant in a highly demanding, multicultural environment and living across different time zones practically on a daily basis. Managing constant pressure, and always needing to “ hold it together ,” gave me first-hand insight into chronic fatigue, emotional burnout, and the quiet discomfort of staying in a life that no longer aligns with who you are becoming.
I know what it feels like to remain in a comfort zone that has stopped serving you, and how daunting it can be to imagine something different. I became a coach and mentor because I genuinely love people and feel deeply fulfilled when supporting those who are ready for change but need guidance, reassurance, and encouragement to take their next step forward.
I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who feel stuck, burned out, or afraid of leaving familiar patterns behind even when those patterns no longer reflect their values, needs, or aspirations.

I trust that you are the expert in your life, and through thoughtful questioning, deep presence, NLP-based techniques, and reflective feedback, I support you in gaining clarity, building self-trust, and creating change that feels authentic and sustainable.

With a background in yoga and Vipasana meditation, I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices when appropriate and work with evidence-based client’s strengths and NLP coaching. As a Mental Health First Aider, I also bring an informed awareness of mental health, boundaries, and ethical support - ensuring that you feel heard, respected, and safe throughout our work together.

Each session provides deep presence, thoughtful questioning, and reflective feedback. Giving you a choice of using the six sessions within a timeframe of 3 to 6 months depending on your best suited pace to carry out the action plan that you’ll come up with in each session.
